SHIPPING POLICY

Your shipping charges will be calculated and viewable at checkout. Once an order has been received in our system, it can generally take approximately 2-3 business days to process and ship. Domestic delivery will take approximately 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing times.

We only ship to addresses located within The United States of America at this time.

Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 10:00am – 4:00pm CST.

Orders placed Monday through Friday after 4:00pm CST will be shipped the following business day.

Shipments may be sent using USPS or FedEx. Shipping times are dependent on location from our main warehouses and fulfillment centers.

If you have not received your order, your order is damaged, or you require an exchange, please contact us immediately at kara@vieverde.com. Failure to contact us in a timely manner may affect your ability to return any damaged products to us.

You agree that we may charge you any sales or nexus taxes collected in your jurisdiction as applicable when ordering any of our products.

When tracking your shipment, please allow 3-5 business days for the tracking to update. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping email confirmation with your tracking number.

RETURN POLICY

 

We want you to have an incredible shopping experience with us and we believe we are providing you a superior product, however, we also understand that things happen, even with premium quality products, we will do our best to accommodate you if you are unhappy.

 

Vie Verde will accept all unopened products within 30 days of purchase.

 

If you are not completely satisfied with a Vie Verde purchase or gift for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Vie Verde monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at any point.

If the seal is not broken on the item, we will offer a full refund up to 30 days with a valid receipt.

If the seal is broken and a product has been used we reserve the right to evaluate how to handle a refund or exchange.

If your item arrives damaged from shipping or is incorrect, please contact us immediately.
